With more than 35 years of experience in real estate design, development, brokerage, and asset management, he has represented leading REITs, funds, developers, and private investors in Hawaii. David also serves as sponsor and general partner for multiple private equity ventures.

Jay is one of Oahu’s leading commercial real estate brokers with over $1 billion in transaction volume and more than 1 million square feet of leasing experience. He specializes in investment sales of industrial, multifamily, and vacant land properties, as well as project leasing for both landlords and tenants across Hawaii. Jay is a licensed broker and holds SIOR and CCIM designations, in addition to being an active member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR).
