Sean Tadaki has been a leader in Hawaiʻi’s commercial real estate market since 2000, completing more than $2 billion in transactions, including some of the state’s most notable office relocations and investment sales.
As Co-Founder of Commercial Asset Advisors (CAA), Sean has built Hawaiʻi’s only certified minority-owned brokerage into an award-winning firm recognized for integrity, market expertise, and client success. He specializes in corporate office leasing, investment sales, and healthcare real estate, representing local, national, and international clients such as Kaiser Permanente, Hawaiʻi Pacific Health, and numerous private practices and clinical groups.
Sean’s leadership extends beyond transactions. He serves on the boards of several business and nonprofit organizations, including the Institute for Human Services (Vice Chair), The Gift Foundation, NAIOP, and SIOR. He also served seven years on the CCIM Board of Directors, a designation regarded as the “PhD of commercial real estate,” and he currently plays an active role in SIOR’s Pacific Rim Region Steering Committee, strengthening ties between Hawaiʻi and key international markets.
His contributions have been widely recognized, including honors from Hawaiʻi Business Magazine’s 20 for the Next 20 and Commercial Real Estate All-Stars, Pacific Business News’ Top Forty Under 40, and CCIM of the Year.
Conversant in Japanese, Sean is a licensed real estate broker in both Hawaiʻi and Massachusetts.
