Kevin Ko

Kevin Ko graduated with a BS in Finance from the University of Hawaii at Manoa in 2010. Upon graduating, he pursued a career in finance at Northwestern Mutual prior to starting up his own small businesses. Kevin successfully launched and operated a juice company and a coffee business in Waikiki. As a former small business operator, Kevin understands the details involved in a business from the financial aspects to the day-to-day grind of an owner/operator. These skills along with his relationship building ability and desire to help others allowed Kevin to pivot to Commercial Asset Advisors in 2020. Kevin’s has joined a team which specializes in industrial sales and leasing.

Kevin enjoys spending time with his wife and son. In his spare time, he also enjoys surfing, golfing and practicing jiu jitsu.
