Jay has established himself as one of Oahu’s leading commercial real estate brokers, developing relationships with both local and national companies. He has experience in over 1 million square feet of leasing assignments and has completed over $500 million in sales transactions. He continues to foster relationships in the commercial real estate industry and has consistently been a top performer throughout his career. He specializes in the investment sales arena with a focus on the sales of industrial buildings, multi-family buildings and vacant land and also represents landlords for project leasing in Hawaii. Jay is a licensed real estate broker and is a member of the Society of Industrial & Office Realtors (SIOR), a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and an active member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR).

As an avid surfer, Jay enjoys spending time in the water and also makes time to train at the gym. Most of all he enjoys being a father to his children, Dawn (15 years old) and Evan (12 years old). Both Dawn and Evan are students at Punahou School and play club soccer. Weekends are enjoyed at the Waipio Soccer Complex supporting their games.
