Craig has over thirty years of demonstrated success representing organizations and products at the point of delivery to decision makers and customers with fifteen years dedicated to commercial real estate services in Hawaii. Often referred to a as one of the most technical brokers in the market, Craig focuses on details and is skilled at lease analysis, integrating multiple components of transactions, developing market-based strategic plans, executing tactical plans, and managing day-to-day transaction activities within corporate and agency frameworks.
Craig’s ‘Full-Service’ approach to client relationships and requirements developed from extensive Landlord representation experience, including Leasing Director with Pacific Office Properties / The Shidler Group representing over 1 million square feet of mixed use commercial properties, and Tenant representation services provided to a wide range of clients including Hawaiiana Group, MDX Hawaii, HCAP – Head Start, First American Title & Escrow, and Raymond James Financial Services. Following a prior career path in medical supply, Craig has developed an extensive sub-specialty related to medical leasing and represented Orthopedic Associates, Hawaii Advanced Imaging, Anesthesiology Innovations, Hawaii Endoscopy, Hawaii Photodamage & Skin Center, and Honolulu Plastic Surgery with new facilities including working thru the arduous Certificate of Need process.
Craig completed his MBA at San Diego State University and is currently pursuing his CCIM designation.
